Mazda B2600i
This was purchased as a new daily driver from a good friend. We got a few years of enjoyment before an overhall was needed.
We have gone full custom with this car. The cab is original but we will add our touches to pretty much everything else!
Work Plan
Work done so far:
- Notched chassis
- 4 link & watts linkage at rear
- Air suspension and adjustable dampers all round
- rx8 Lsd
- 17x10 custom wheels fitted
- Engine/ Gearbox/ Loom fitted from donor mx5 and td5 turbo fitted
- LHD mx5 steering rack conversion
- Modified rear bed to clear new suspension
Work to complete:
- Get engine in position to start
- Route & finalise loom adaptation
- Fabricate exhaust system
- Desgin and fabricate bodywork for new width (+200mm total)
- Paint and interior refit.
